Install Plash on your Mac
Download Plash from the App StoreInstall it, then in Plash's General settings choose which screen it appears on, set it to launch at login, and pick how often it reloads the page. In the Advanced tab, turn on “Extend below the menu bar”. - 3
Add this website in Plash
From the Plash menu bar icon, add https://monthlywallpapers.com/desktop as a new website, then turn on browsing mode so you can sign in and interact with it.

Sign in and link your licence key
Sign in with your email, then paste your licence key when asked. The key is bound to your account, so any Mac you sign in on unlocks straight away.

Tune it to taste
Use the discreet buttons in the centre-left of the wallpaper to switch hemisphere, fill style and the large numeral between the month and today's date.
